In the Community Now? project the first student exchange took place end of February. The Berlin University of the Arts students travelled to Israel first. For reflecting their experiences and gathering unexpected insights during the intercultural and highly diverse journey we designed Cultural Probes. Those probes are especially developed for reflecting everyday behavior and the local uniquenesses in those two cultures and neighborhoods. The probes will be also prepared for the Bezalel students coming to Berlin next June. It will be a good basis for discussion, analysis and research. The results will be discussed in a follow up and presented at the exhibition and symposium of “Community Now?” at the beginning of 2015.
